Quotations and transactions
All supply is subject to a written quotation and to the terms agreed for that specific transaction. Availability, condition, pricing, lead time and the documentation supplied with material are confirmed in the quotation and may change before acceptance.
Scope of activities
PX Aero is a trading and sourcing company. It is not an aircraft or component manufacturer and is not an approved maintenance, repair or overhaul organisation. Repair, overhaul and testing requirements are coordinated through qualified third-party providers, who remain responsible for the work performed and its certification.
Intellectual property
The PX Aero name, wordmark, site content and imagery are the property of PX Aero or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Any third-party names referenced remain the property of their respective owners.
Export compliance
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase, use and onward transfer of material complies with the export control and sanctions requirements applicable to them. We may decline or suspend a transaction where compliance cannot be established.
